Ceeclon Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ceeclon. We do not allow accounts for users under 18.

You are responsible for keeping your account, password, and associated email secure. You must provide true, current, and complete information.

Ceeclon helps create ready-to-post social media images based on your profile, expertise, target audience, visual preferences, and other information you provide.

Ceeclon uses artificial intelligence and third-party tools to generate text, backgrounds, images, and other elements. Results may vary and may contain errors, similarities to existing content, incomplete recommendations, or content you should review before posting.

Ceeclon does not guarantee followers, sales, traffic, engagement, revenue, business results, or compliance with social media platform policies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before using it publicly.

Ceeclon may offer a 3-day free trial with a credit card. During the trial, you may create 3 ready-to-post images every day, subject to availability, technical limits, and reasonable use.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription and renews monthly until canceled.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy or another authorized payment provider. Ceeclon does not store full credit card numbers. Taxes, fees, currency conversion, and payment verification may be handled by the payment provider.

Prices may change. If your plan price changes, we will apply the change in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider processes.

You may cancel your subscription through the subscription management section of the app or through payment-provider links. Cancellation prevents future charges, but does not create refunds for already-billed periods except where required by applicable law or mandatory payment-provider rules.

After cancellation, you normally keep access until the end of the current paid period unless we terminate your account for violation of these Terms.

All fees are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorations for partial months, unused content, forgotten cancellations, dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, lack of use, feature changes, or temporary interruptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or mandatory payment-provider policies.

You keep your rights in information, images, names, text, logos, profile photos, expertise, target audience, and other materials that you upload or provide to Ceeclon.

You grant Blue Lime LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license needed to host, process, modify, generate, display, store, and deliver content in Ceeclon and to operate, protect, and improve the service.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you provide and that it does not violate third-party rights, laws, privacy rules, publicity rights, intellectual property rights, or platform policies.

Subject to payment of your subscription and compliance with these Terms, you may download and use final generated images for your posts, marketing, and business communications.

Blue Lime LLC retains all rights in the app, software, system, workflows, prompts, design, templates, brands, know-how, interfaces, and underlying technology. You receive no rights in those elements except the limited right to use Ceeclon under these Terms.

You are responsible for verifying that generated content is appropriate, accurate, lawful, and suitable for your brand, market, jurisdiction, and publishing platforms.

You may not use Ceeclon for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, harassing, spam, impersonation, intellectual-property infringement, platform manipulation, or social-media policy violations.

You may not attempt to extract, copy, decompile, resell, sublicense, abusively automate, compromise security, bypass limits, interfere with the service, or use Ceeclon to create a competing product.

Ceeclon depends on third-party providers, including authentication, hosting, storage, artificial intelligence, and payment services. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for failures, delays, errors, changes, decisions, suspensions, or policies of third parties, including OpenAI, Supabase, Vercel, Lemon Squeezy, social media platforms, or infrastructure providers.

We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Ceeclon at any time. We may update features, prices, limits, AI models, designs, policies, and technical requirements.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that, in our reasonable judgment, violate these Terms, create legal risk, cause abuse, fail to pay, or affect the security or reputation of the service.

Ceeclon is provided 'as is' and 'as available.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Lime LLC disclaims express, implied, and statutory warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and results.

Ceeclon does not provide legal, financial, medical, professional, or guaranteed marketing advice. Any decision based on generated content is your responsibility.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Lime LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost reputation, lost business opportunities, or claims related to use or inability to use Ceeclon.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blue Lime LLC's total liability for any claim related to Ceeclon is limited to the amount you paid Ceeclon during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Blue Lime LLC, its owners, directors, employees, contractors, and providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of Ceeclon, your content, your posts, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of laws or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any dispute will first be handled through good-faith informal negotiation. If not resolved, the dispute will be resolved by individual binding arbitration in Florida, USA, under the Federal Arbitration Act and reasonable commercial arbitration rules, unless applicable law requires another forum.

You and Blue Lime LLC waive jury trials and participation in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions to the maximum extent permitted by law. Each dispute must be resolved individually.

We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in the app or by email. Continued use of Ceeclon after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
