Ceeclon Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how Blue Lime LLC handles payments, cancellations, and refunds for Ceeclon.
Ceeclon is a digital subscription service with immediate access to generated content. For that reason, we apply a strict no-refund policy to the maximum extent permitted by law.
1. Free trial
Ceeclon may offer a 3-day free trial with a credit card. If you do not want to be charged, you must cancel before the trial ends.
If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid monthly subscription.
2. No refunds
All fees are final and non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorations for partial periods, generated or unused posts, lack of use, forgotten cancellations, AI-generated results you do not like, feature changes, price changes, temporary interruptions, social media platform issues, or account deletion.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel through the subscription management section of the app or through the payment provider portal.
Cancellation prevents future charges. You will normally continue to have access until the end of the current paid period unless terminated for breach.
4. Billing errors
If you believe there was a duplicate charge or technical billing error, contact us at support@ceeclon.com within 7 days after the charge. We will review the issue, but review does not guarantee a refund.
Where Lemon Squeezy or another payment provider is responsible for the charge, any mandatory refund must be processed through that provider and subject to its rules.
5. Mandatory rights
Nothing in this Policy removes mandatory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law or mandatory payment-provider policies.
If applicable law requires a refund, we will comply with that law to the extent required.
